Non-Refundable Fees
The visiting fee is non-refundable, even if no problem is found or if no service is performed.

Service Refunds
Refunds on repair services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not provided for parts, as they are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions
No refunds are provided due to delays or availability of parts from vendors or suppliers.

Service Refunds
Once a service is completed and the customer is satisfied, no refunds will be provided for that service, even if the customer later experiences the same or a different issue. In such cases, we are available to revisit and inspect the appliance, but a new visiting fee and service charges will apply.
